What each setting does
- Silence threshold
- Frames quieter than this count as silence. Raise it to also cut quiet breaths.
- Minimum silence length
- Shorter pauses are kept, so phrasing survives the trim.
- Keep padding around cuts
- Silence left before and after each cut to avoid clipped words.
