Questions before you buy
What credits cost, what a membership includes and how downloads work.
- What is the difference between a credit pack and a membership?
- A credit pack is a one-time purchase whose credits never expire. A membership delivers credits once per paid period — monthly, quarterly or yearly — and those credits expire when that period ends. Both unlock downloads of your cloud songs.
- Who can download their songs?
- Downloading the songs you keep in Tunenoodle needs a paid credit pack purchase or an active membership. Creating, playing and using the local audio tools stays free. A fully refunded purchase no longer grants downloads.
- How long do check-in credits last?
- Check-in credits stay valid for seven days after your last successful check-in and the whole check-in balance shares one deadline. Check in again before it passes and the deadline moves forward; after it passes the remaining check-in credits are gone.
- Do membership credits carry over to the next period?
- No. Each paid period delivers its own credits and they expire when that period ends, so unused membership credits do not stack up. Credit packs you bought separately stay permanent.
- When do quarterly and yearly credits arrive?
- All at once, at the start of the paid period: three months of credits for a quarterly plan and twelve months for a yearly plan. The card states the exact amount for each period.
- Does writing lyrics cost extra?
- Yes. A standard generation costs 2 credits and a separate lyrics generation costs 1 credit, so requesting both spends 3.
- How do I cancel a membership?
- Cancel from your account page at any time. Auto-renewal stops, but you keep the credits, downloads and access you already paid for until that period ends.
- What happens if a generation fails?
- If nothing was delivered, the credits are returned to your wallet automatically as permanent credits. If at least one track was delivered, the generation counts as complete and is not refunded.
- My payment succeeded but the credits have not appeared.
- Payments are confirmed by the provider, so the balance can take a moment to update. The page keeps checking and adds the credits as soon as confirmation arrives. If it still has not arrived, contact support with your order reference.
- Can I get an invoice?
- Request one from your account page against a specific payment and add your billing details there. We show the provider link as soon as it exists, and say so plainly while it does not.
