Terms of Service

By using Tunenoodle, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy at /acceptable-use. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you can bind it.

Tunenoodle provides AI-assisted music generation using the Suno model, plus a private library, playback, downloads, and browser-local audio tools. Suno does not sponsor or endorse Tunenoodle. Features may be experimental, delayed, rate-limited, changed, suspended, or unavailable.

You keep ownership of your original submissions and must have the rights needed to provide them. We do not claim ownership of output generated for your account. AI output may contain errors or similarities and may not be unique or free from third-party claims; review your rights before publishing or monetizing it.

The Acceptable Use Policy at /acceptable-use is part of these Terms. It prohibits, among other things, pornographic or NSFW material, violent or graphic content, hate speech, child-unsafe content, deceptive or non-consensual deepfakes and impersonation, intellectual-property infringement, fraud, malware, security bypass, scraping, account sharing, and unauthorized resale.

Tunenoodle sells one-time credit packs and monthly, quarterly or yearly memberships. Pack credits are permanent; membership credits are granted once per paid period and expire when that period ends. Price, currency, credits and period appear before checkout. Credits may be reserved when generation begins and consumed when it succeeds. A product-credit return is not a cash refund; cash refunds follow the Refund Policy.

Tunenoodle relies on Google authentication, the Suno music model, TiDB Cloud, Cloudflare and R2 storage, and Waffo Pancake for checkout and payment processing. Provider availability, safety filters, and limits can affect the service. Download important songs because permanent storage and uninterrupted playback are not guaranteed.

These Terms remain effective while you use Tunenoodle. If you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, create safety or legal risk, abuse payments or refunds, engage in fraud, or if law requires, we may reject generation requests, remove violating content, restrict features, suspend or terminate your account, and, where permitted by law, forfeit unused credits connected with the violation. We may preserve evidence and report suspected illegal activity to competent authorities. We consider severity, repetition, context, and applicable law; you may appeal by emailing support@tunenoodle.com. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

The service is provided as is and as available to the maximum extent allowed by law. Tunenoodle does not guarantee creative quality, uniqueness, uptime, distributor acceptance, copyright registration, revenue, or fitness for a purpose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. We may update them when the product or law changes. Contact support@tunenoodle.com; support hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 (UTC+8).
