Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to all prompts, lyrics, titles, styles, generated audio, cover art, metadata, downloads, storage, and account activity on Tunenoodle. Tunenoodle uses the Suno music generation model. AI-generated output must not be represented as endorsed by Suno or Tunenoodle.

The following six categories are prohibited: (1) Pornographic / NSFW content, including sexual exploitation or non-consensual sexual content; (2) Violent / graphic content that glorifies, threatens, or instructs serious harm; (3) Hate speech or content attacking protected groups; (4) child sexual abuse material or any other child-unsafe content (CSAM), for which we apply zero tolerance; (5) deceptive or non-consensual Deepfakes, voice cloning, or impersonation of a real person, brand, or institution; and (6) content that infringes copyright or trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights. We also prohibit terrorism or extremist promotion, fraud, scams, malware, harassment, illegal goods, evasion of safety controls, bulk scraping, and other unlawful activity.

Generation requests and outputs may be screened by Suno provider safety filters. Tunenoodle also uses provider safety and failure signals, unusual-use patterns, and user reports to identify material for human review. Private songs are not a public feed, so we do not routinely listen to every song. Authorized reviewers may access relevant prompts, lyrics, metadata, and stored outputs only when reasonably needed for safety, legal, fraud, or support investigations.

Depending on severity, recurrence, context, and law, we may reject or block a request, warn the user, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate an account, and, where permitted by law, forfeit unused credits connected with the violation. We may preserve evidence and report suspected CSAM, credible threats, or other illegal activity to competent authorities. Serious child-safety violations, terrorism, and non-consensual sexual deepfakes may result in immediate termination.

Email support@tunenoodle.com with the subject 'Content report'. Include the relevant song, task, or page URL or identifier; the policy category involved; a factual explanation; and reliable contact information. Do not attach or redistribute illegal material, especially suspected CSAM. Reports are reviewed as promptly as reasonably possible based on severity. We may request additional information, preserve confidentiality where feasible, and act against knowingly false or abusive reports.

If your content or account is restricted, you may appeal within 30 days by emailing support@tunenoodle.com from your account email and explaining why the decision should be reconsidered. A reviewer will consider the available evidence, context, prior violations, and applicable law. We may update this policy when risks, providers, or laws change. Support hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 (UTC+8).
