Privacy Policy

We process Google account identifiers, email, name and optional avatar; prompts, lyrics, titles, styles and generation settings; song, task and library records; credit-ledger, order and payment-status metadata; the feedback you send together with the page and language it came from; the billing name, company, address and tax identifier you enter when you request an invoice; and operational security or error information. We do not store full payment card numbers, and we do not store the internet address a message was sent from.

We use information to authenticate accounts, create and deliver music, operate private libraries, manage credits and purchases, provide support, enforce our Acceptable Use Policy, prevent abuse, secure and debug the service, meet legal duties, and improve reliability.

Tunenoodle uses the Suno music generation model. Prompts, lyrics, style instructions, titles and generation settings are sent to the generation provider for processing by Suno. Provider safety filters may inspect inputs and outputs. Do not submit material you lack permission to process or sensitive information unnecessary for the song. Suno does not sponsor or endorse Tunenoodle.

Google provides authentication and, only with consent, Google Analytics 4; the music-generation provider supplies access to the Suno model and returns generation results; TiDB Cloud stores account, task, song, ledger and order records; Cloudflare delivers and protects the app and stores private generated assets in R2; Waffo Pancake provides checkout and payment processing. Waffo Pancake processes payment-card data on its checkout systems; Tunenoodle does not store full payment card numbers.

With your consent, Google Analytics 4 measures page visits, referral origins, approximate location, device/browser information and pseudonymous cookie identifiers to help us understand site usage. Google processes connection information, including IP addresses, to provide this service. Pricing-page views may be measured without sign-in. For signed-in credit-pack interactions, we also send an internal Tunenoodle account identifier as the GA4 User-ID so events can be associated across sessions. We do not send account emails, names, Google account identifiers, prompts, lyrics, song titles, order identifiers or payment details in analytics events. We remove URL query strings and fragments and replace unknown paths. You can withdraw consent in Cookie settings. We do not enable Google signals or advertising personalization. When configured and with your consent, Sentry receives browser error types and static application stack positions, with error messages, user identity, request details and creative content removed. Microsoft Clarity provides masked session recordings and interaction metrics on selected public pages only. We exclude workspaces, libraries, shared songs, checkout state and URLs containing query strings or fragments; text, images and private attributes are masked or removed. We do not send account identifiers to Sentry or Clarity. These providers receive connection information, including IP addresses. Withdrawing consent stops future monitoring; it does not erase previously collected data.

Necessary cookies support Google sign-in and 7-day sessions. Local storage keeps player and consent preferences. We retain information as needed for service, accounting, disputes, fraud prevention, security and law: a closed support ticket and the feedback it contains are removed 180 days after it is closed. You can delete songs and request account deletion.

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection or deletion. We may verify account ownership. We use HTTPS, signed HttpOnly cookies, private asset routes and access controls, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy when the product, providers or law changes. Contact support@tunenoodle.com from your account email when possible. Support hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 (UTC+8).
