Refund Policy
Refund rules for credit packs and membership payments, failed generations, duplicate or incorrect charges, and payment disputes.
Last updated September 15, 2026
Important points
Email support@tunenoodle.com within 24 hours after purchase. A request in that window is generally eligible when no more than 100 credits from that purchase have been used. A failed-generation credit return is not a cash refund.
How to request a refund
Write from the email linked to your account and include the purchase time, credit-pack name, issue, and Waffo order, checkout, transaction, or receipt identifier if available.
Credit-pack eligibility
Tunenoodle sells one-time digital credit packs and recurring memberships. This policy applies to both. Requests later than 24 hours or after more than 100 credits from the purchase have been used may be declined unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Cancelling a membership stops future renewals and leaves the period you already paid for in place until it ends.
Failed generations and billing errors
A qualifying platform-side generation failure may restore product credits automatically or after review without reversing payment. Contact us promptly for missing credits, duplicate charges, or an incorrect amount so we can review the Waffo order, webhook and credit ledger.
When a refund may be declined
We may decline requests outside the eligibility boundary, creative-preference or prompt-choice complaints, user error, third-party publishing rules, fraud, refund or chargeback abuse, account sharing, or Terms violations.
Refund processing
Approved refunds go to the original payment method through Waffo. Banks and payment networks control arrival time; taxes, currency conversion and bank or network fees may affect the final amount.
Consumer rights and contact
Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights. Send billing and refund questions to support@tunenoodle.com. Support hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 (UTC+8).
